Instead of only controlling heat from below, this concept focuses on making cooking easier and more intuitive. A smart system uses sensor data to control the energy flow precisely. Together with a simple user interface and inductive energy transfer, the kitchen becomes a place where users are gently guided through the cooking process.

CooKI relies on a smart mix of a built-in camera and a heat sensor to keep an eye on the cooking process and adjust it automatically. The camera inside the pot can spot what ingredients are being used and suggests cooking settings that match what it sees. Meanwhile, the temperature sensor checks the actual warmth of the food itself, rather than only measuring the stovetop so the system can manage the energy flow with high accuracy.

This system improves precision, safety, and ease of use, helping prevent boil-overs and keeping dishes at the right temperature from start to finish.

concept

CooKI is operated through a small, flexible Smart Dial that attaches directly to the pot. It interprets the sensor data and replaces traditional temperature numbers with easy-to-understand cooking terms. Users who prefer traditional cooking can do so effortlessly, while still enjoying the benefits of a more guided and precise cooking experience. Therefore they would have to deny the smart dials recognition.

By placing the control on the pot instead of the cooktop solves the problem of fixed controls on an inductive surface, which allows users cook anywhere on the surface. The dial can be stored and charged wirelessly in a special drawer.

CooKI could be enhanced to adapt to individual users, adjusting cooking modes and temperatures based on personal preferences and dietary goals. Smart sensors and real-time feedback could help ensure perfect results every time. Integration with other smart kitchen devices, interactive guidance, and personalized notifications could make cooking even more intuitive, precise, and effortless.
